La normalità ti porta a non vedere più ciò che dovresti cambiare e, così, diventa molto difficile cambiare ciò che non vedi. Inoltre, ogni allontanamento dalla normalità crea una reazione emotiva (ed inconscia) contraria al desiderio di cambiamento.
